Medialuna had the opportunity to collaborate as an advisor to Osk Croissanterie https://www.instagram.com/osk.croissanterie/.
Medialuna traveled to Abu Dhabi in January 2022 and provided guidance on the kitchen design, equipment, food menu, recipes, and delivered an in depth training to the OsK team in Abu Dhabi.
It was a very intense week of daily staff trainings focused on the arts and crafts of the world of the croissant, all while the OsK team made Medialuna feel like at home in such an incredible city.
